Upon arrival/ talking to them, it seemed like all they cared about was trying to sell us an over priced vehicle with unneeded accessories for their gain and not the customers. The manager was very rude to my wife and I as we talked to them about taking some dealer installed options off from the car. He said thats how we sell them. We then showed the manager a webpage of what McMinnville Honda was selling their cars for, once again, the manager rudely argued with us and said they had another person looking at the same car we were looking at and said he was being nice enough to give us the opportunity to purchase it first. My wife and I got up and left. Upon arriving at McMinnville, we were greeted by Steve Scuito. He was very professional and answered all of our questions with no BS at all. Steve informed us of some features on the car that we didn't even know of, and that Wilsonville Honda tried to misinform us on. Never once, did my wife or myself ever feel like Steve or the McMinnville Honda team gave us the impression that they were pressuring us into buying a car. Steve asked us if we would like any Dealer installed option to come with the car, which all I wanted were All Weather Floor Mats. After our purchase, Steve followed up with us and thanked us for our purchase. Steve told us if there was anything he could do to help us out with the car, he'd be more than glad to help us. Long story short, if you want a great car buying experience, go to McMinnville Honda and ask for Steve Scuito. You won't be disappointed!
