Thanks to Service Director Mark Shahrok for getting our service issue resolved. He was understanding to our issue and worked diligently to get the issue resolved and save a service customer. Prior to him stepping in we were very upset with the service, service representative, the lack of communication on the status of our repairs, and overall lack of concern for our satisfaction. Prior to COVID we had always had excellent service. The past two years we have seen the service drop, and we have had several issues with the service dept. Again, thanks to Mark we will give the service department a second shot. More

I consistently take my vehicles to this dealership for maintenance. This time however was not as pleasant as usual. I had to wait awhile just to check my truck in and wait in line even longer to pick it u maintenance. This time however was not as pleasant as usual. Then the associate that went over my bill found a charge for a pollen filter that should not have been on there because my truck doesnt have a pollen filter. Also who ever parked it outside after parked anonther truck next to mine so close, and crocked that the mirrors were over laping each other. It was very difficult to get out. More
