bought my lease through them I originally leased through this dealership when they were Patchetts Ford. They were great but when I needed to buy out my lease at the end of three y I originally leased through this dealership when they were Patchetts Ford. They were great but when I needed to buy out my lease at the end of three years Prices Ford (new owners) was HORRIBLE. Trying to get ahold of their financing employees was an absolute nightmare. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. If you want to wait two to three weeks before getting someone that calls you back then this is the dealership for you. And when they did call me back they had nothing but excuses to give me about why they hadn't called me back earlier such as "my voicemail box was full and I couldn't remember my password so I couldn't get into my voicemail"... HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN? I will never go back to this dealership again. More
Horrible Service I had brought my 2014 Ford Focus in to be looked at because the transmission was slipping back in 11/2016. They said it was slipping but not at a high I had brought my 2014 Ford Focus in to be looked at because the transmission was slipping back in 11/2016. They said it was slipping but not at a high enough RPM to be replaced, apparently their policy is that it needs to slip at 2500 RPM and mine was doing it at 2000, so it wasn't enough. I asked what I was supposed to to when my car decides not to work anymore and I'm stranded somehwhere, and the guy (who's name I can't remember) told me, "well I'm sorry but it's part of our policy that it has to be slipping at 2500 RPM, and I don't know what to tell you". So I had to drive my car around untill they were satisfied with more "transmission slipping". I took it in his month and they replaced the clutch in it, I've had it for a week but I still have a little bit of shuttering when I first take off from a stop. Granted it's not where near as bad as it use to be, but I feel like I paid 20k for a full functioning car. If I wanted to deal with something that had transmission issues I would've saved my money and bought an old beater. More

No one is willing to work with you! I expressed our budget and test drove a car we liked. Forgot the sales man's name, but we knew he was full of crap because he could not give a legitim I expressed our budget and test drove a car we liked. We then made an offer on the said car and the salesman told us they were willing to negotiate due to "end of the year deals." Josh (sales manager) came out to introduce himself and proceeds to READ off of a piece of paper explaining the cost of the car. He was not willing to negotiate even though the car is already $5,000 over KBB value. Let me remind you that they had 2 prices on this car, one price with an extended warranty and one without. He quoted me with the extended warranty ($2,695 so-called value when I can purchase one for $800) instead of the lesser value...even after I said I don't want the extended warranty. "I don't like to lose a good deal over a few hundred dollars, but as you can see here I cannot go any further than what it is priced as." Ha! He proceeds to tell me that he wants to help me and hands the paper to me and that I should take it in case I change my mind. I asked him how he is helping me before I can help him...he couldn't answer. Over a month later, the car is still on the lot and I found one almost identical (does not have the double sun roof) with the same features (leather, heated seats, nav, back up camera, tow package, etc) but 30,000 less miles on it for $6000 less than what they were wanting for it. That vehicle has been sitting on that lot for over 5 months. More
Integrity? Honesty? Mean nothing. I entered into communications over a vehicle located at Price Ford in Turlock, CA. I am located in Colorado. After multiple verbal phone calls regarding condition of vehicle with Dylan (sales rep), I gave him my credit card information for a deposit/hold on the vehicle while it was sent to a mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection paid for by myself at the cost of $199.99. He assured me the vehicle would be pulled from the lot and would not be sold until taken for inspection and communications after. Communications fell away following the cars return to the dealership after inspection. There were several "safety concerns" that had to be addressed prior to me deciding to purchase the vehicle that Dylan and his assistant, Joe, agreed to - battery replacement and exterior bulbs that were causing additional dash warnings. Communications again ceased as I repeatedly tried to find out what was being done with this vehicle since I was still interested. I received a phone call a week later from Joe informing me of the "bad news" that the vehicle had been sold despite my deposit. I phoned Chuck, the dealership sales manager, and left him a message, which he did not return. I phoned again 2 days later and left another message. He then returned my call and after I asked for reimbursement for the $199.99 pre-purchase inspection since I had a hold on the vehicle, he adamantly refused stating it was my prerogative to have this completed. This is despite the only reason I went forward with the inspection, at my cost, was due to the hold on the vehicle, and being reassured it would NOT be sold. They went against a verbal agreement entered into with myself and Dylan, the sales rep. In no way do I recommend this dealership who is unable to keep their word. They give new meaning to typical "sleazy car sales people" and it starts from the very top down with Chuck. Run away and find a reputable group that will actually be on your side. I invite the owners to reach out to me. This is just the first of many social media sites that these actions will be shared. All for a measly $200 they are too cheap to reimburse because they could not keep their word. More

Josh was extremely patient, keeping in touch with me trying to find a new car within my budget. The price was super competitive and the approach was low pressure ( OK zero pressure ). The selection of models was enough to make me think bit about which color I should choose. Seriously, the advertised prices on the full website are no joke. I found that Josh was a straight shooter ,Peter was pleasant and straight forward in explaining the paper work. They have earned our future business. More

The car trim, color and extras I was looking for was not available at the time at any dealership in California so I decided to order the car. After contacting many (and I mean many) dealerships I was really surprised that only two gave me straight answers with respect to what I was looking for and a reasonable price quote. I dealt with Josh Lewis who was prompt, friendly, and delivered on exactly what he promised. My wife still thinks I am crazy for driving 300 miles to pick up a car but I am happy with the price and service I received and I am glad I was able to give my business to Josh Lewis and Patchetts Ford. More
