We had major failure in my front driver side wheel well where the hub, bearings, brakes, caliper and some other things were complete replaced. All together we spent right at 4k to get our truck up and goin where the hub, bearings, brakes, caliper and some other things were complete replaced. All together we spent right at 4k to get our truck up and going again. Well 10 months later the hun they installed, due to proper installation or just not caring about the quality of part they used on my ford, has failed and they basically said you’re outta luck. Because of the hub failing less than 15,000 miles (usually hubs last around 100,000) it cause other damage as well we now have to take care of ourselves. So another 1,100 on the same exact wheel well they “fixed” and we have a new born so this was a very heavy hit, we’ve been without a vehicle for 4 days because they just don’t care. If you’re thinking about having work done here I would recommend finding someone else because they doing guarantee the quality of their workmanship and profession. I really thought they were an above and beyond dealership while I was out there but them not wanting to work with us at all on this shows they were just happy to be nice while taking our money then change the script when work they installed and did failed. really wish this could have been resolved more professionally but it is what it is I suppose More
