He listened to what I wanted, asked a few pertinent questions and then proceeded to find the truck of my dreams, called to verify all aspects and got it delivered. At NO time was there pressure or any other grief. The final paperwork was complete, accurate and ready when we showed up to take delivery and a last minute request for information was waiting when we arrived. Took the truck out for a "courtesy" drive, signed the paperwork and were on the road. What a pleasant experience. More
