We were told that when they saw the vehicle it would be adjusted, and the orginal sales agent repeated that once we arrived and he actually saw the truck, but there was never any upward adjustment. A great disappointment. The whole process of purchaseing the vehicle was rather disorganized as we were asked to move from one task to another without fully completeing each task. Not a comfortable experience for a customer, but so far it appears that all the paper work is in order. Everyone involved in our experience was freindly and very willing to work with us even from over 700 miles away. We are very happy with the Ford F150, especially to gas mileage and the comfortable ride. More
