My old Ford died on me and I was stuck without a car. I went to Preston VW to look at the 2013 Jettas. Mike was helpful and not pushy, there was no pressure. They didn't have the color I wanted but he was able to find it at another dealership and got it to me very quickly (only took 1 day). Mike was knowledgeable about the car; he help me set it up and showed me where all the settings were and how to connect my phone via Bluetooth. The finance process was quick and painless. They were able to get me a good deal at a good rate even with my not so good credit. They were also very helpful in getting me out of my current loan and taking my broken Ford as a trade in to pay it off. More

To be sure, my experience ended in being a successful one. So from my very first visit to Preston to driving off the lot in a new car much had to go well. Initially met by Mike Anderson,with a very bright smile and an enthusiastic,"May I help you?" to driving off the lot in a new VW following a hand shake and message ,"You are now a part of the Preston family" my experience was handled with the desire to "make me feel comfortable". Car purchasing is a trying task to say the least. Mike worked with me. Believe me, he did WORK with me and I with him to achieve a palatable conclusion for both of us. I trust the Service Dept. is as enterprising and interested in helping customers feel welcome and satisfied as Mike. Christina was also a very personable woman. Found a 2012 VW Passat TDI I wanted on EBay with your dealership. It sold out from underneath us. Mike did everything he could to not only get us a Passat, but a 2013 with everything we wanted (minus th dealership. It sold out from underneath us. Mike did everything he could to not only get us a Passat, but a 2013 with everything we wanted (minus the dual climate control, not his fault) for the payment we could afford. Friendly, helpful, great experience! We drove 3 hours (one way) because our local dealer just wasn't aggressive enough and communications lacked. Only disappointment was not with the dealership, but with VW making the TDI SEL ($4000 upgrade) to have dual climate when the 2012 TDI SE offered it. (bummer) My husband was not a huge fan of VW, after the 3+ hour drive home, he gave the experience and the vehicle a 9 out of 10!! Thanks Preston VW! Mr. SUarez was very friendly. He came out and continued to help me. They even did follow-up calls to see if I was still interested. I feel I am a hard person to please,but they came through.
