Doug took the time and gave 100% with a positive attitude, he was impressive to make sure that all of my concerns were covered & I was happy with my purchase. Brad Cain also made every effort to extend professional courtesy and cover any questions that I may have! This is truly the correct definition of "TEAM" and working together to make sure a customers needs are met without feeling pressured & eliminating any stressful situation that may arise. The financing department was well trained, fast, and accurate to assist in the customers requests when making a purchase.
