Best experience I have ever had! I arrived at the dealership to be greeted by a friendly staff. I brought my 2012 Jetta in for its 40k service. The service was going to take around three hours which I was planning to stay at the dealer. They offered me a shuttle home and I took advantage of this. They where short handed but the service manager Jay took me home himself. When my vehicle was finished I received a phone call from Jay and he offered me to pay over the phone and bring my car to me at home! Instead of sitting at the dealer for three hours on my day off I got to relax at home! I got my vehicle back washed and sweeped out. Jay made sure I understood the services that where done on my vehicle including the transmission service. I just want to say thank you for an amazing experience at Preston VW ! Keep up the good work! And the commercials don't lie when they say YOU COME FIRST!!!!! More
Never going back I'd like to start off with Bob Bezzarro, Estevan Suarez, and Christina Showers are all top notch employees and go the extra mile. And if u go to Preston vw of Boardman see Bob or Estevan for sales. And Christina is financial manager and makes all the paper work fast and simple. But the service side of this dealership is just so bad that's why I'm giving it 1 star. I have 3 Volkswagens an 84 rabbit, 09 GTI and 11 Jetta tdi used. I got the 11 Jetta still under warranty and also got the extended 5yr/60K miles. A few months after I got it the driver seat started to make a squeaking noise every time I would xxxx gears or look over my shoulder to change lanes. I took it to the dealership to see what the issue was. They "fixed" the issue by raising the seat. Then that didn't even last. So after a while of just dealing with it a bolt that folds the seat to the seat frame came out. So now the seat rocks like a wobbly chair and squeaks all the time. Took it back to service, they tried to tell me I didn't have warranty and that it's just wear and tare. So then I showed them my warranty and they said they will see what they could do. 4 weeks later didn't hear anything. Went back in to talk said the rep would be in in a few days, it's now been 7 days still nothing. So normal wear and tare I don't think so. I've had 8 Volkswagens none of them had this problem. And a 25,000 car should not have this problem. And on top of all of this a new frame cost 550 not including the labor. And the new frame may or may not fix the problem. More

Refused to even diagnose the problem leaving my service engine light on a second time in 200 miles after failing to fix it the first time. I'm a single mother with a three month old son now I have to drive my vehicle 45 minutes each way to have my car serviced and hope that it doesn't break down in the meantime. I paid $30000 locally so I could have these issues addressed locally and not have to worry about engine issues at all, or being stranded. I'm truly disappointed how this manner was handled so unprofessionally and that the dealership lets this go on. I was trying to keep my money local and support a good a good business I've never had previous problems with until now. I truly hope no one has to go through what I am, and that there are a few dealerships out there that actually stand behind the name that they are paid to represent. One Distressed Mother More

Preston's Bob Bezzarro quickly responded and I drove out the same day. Once there Bob eagerly showed me two cars that met the requirements of what I was looking for. I chose the Jetta and made a great deal. Financing was quick and simple and a few hours later I was on the road back home with my new Jetta TDI. I highly recommend Preston Volkswagen to anyone looking for a fair and efficient dealer. More
