Service problems.. I have had servicing done on my 2003 Jetta TDi wagon in the past and the work was fine. Recently, I was due for a 110,000 servicing and scheduled an I have had servicing done on my 2003 Jetta TDi wagon in the past and the work was fine. Recently, I was due for a 110,000 servicing and scheduled an appointment. I had planned to use a dealer issued discount coupon, but the service tech said that it had just expired and wouldn't honor it, so I down graded to a regular oil change. It told the tech that water was flooding into the rear passenger floor board and asked if the mechanic could take a look at the problem as the water accumulation was significant. The tech said that it would be a minimum charge of 2 hours just to take a look which seemed very excessive. After the oil was changed the tech offered to have the vehicle washed which caused more water to flood into the rear passenger floor board making the problem worse. After a couple of days I go a follow up call to rate my service experience as the agent said that the owner is very interested in maintaining high ratings. It has been a couple of weeks and no contact from the dealer. More
