WOW! I am giving this “Service” rating as one who has been in the job of Service Manager. The only way this Preston Volkswagen has a 4 star rating is that I am giving this “Service” rating as one who has been in the job of Service Manager. The only way this Preston Volkswagen has a 4 star rating is that they coming the quality VW product sales with the extremely poor service department. My Passat was running poorly so I took it to the authorized dealership service dept. with the intent of having a professional experience with my car repairs. After $600 and over a week of waiting my car runs the same as it did before I took it in. The service manager Michael L, told me I needed to spend $5000 for additional repairs. I informed him that I would be willing to pay up to $2000 because I did’t trust his condescending attitude nd my common sense. They old me I would have o pay $575 in parts up front( I have never hears of this before) I paid it!! I picked up my car after a month of them having kept it due to the mechanic being out for personal issues, with the same problem of my car running poorly exactly the same as when they received it. The next day I took my car to a well known mechanic also in Boardman and after only a few hours they let me know that I needed a coils ($200 repair!!!) Now my car runs great no thanks to the rip-off service dept. at Preston VW. As a man of 64 years old and having had 110 employees and 11 manager under me and serving our country as a U.S. Army Ranger, I have this advice for Bobby Preston. The service manager Michael L. Is a product of the “Peter Principle” not fit for his position. You would be better served by promoting Brian Butts who has a much better temperament for the job. Sincerely, another one of your lost VW owners/customers. More
A little long overdue, but our family can't say enough about the Preston Volkswagen Team. SM John Rapko and GM Mason Angelo worked together with their Service Manager, Michael Logero, to get us the per about the Preston Volkswagen Team. SM John Rapko and GM Mason Angelo worked together with their Service Manager, Michael Logero, to get us the perfect deal on our pre owned Passat. With a pre owned market like we are seeing today, we were extremely skeptical about trusting anyone. We left with a confidence in our purchase that you won't be able to find anywhere else. They are patient and learn what you need before even making you an offer. They found the perfect vehicle for us, and even transferred it from their sister store through Manager Kyle W. All in all, you won't find a more trustworthy group of individuals. I have worked in sales my entire life, and our family wouldn't trust or recommend anyone else. Period. Thank you all for everything you all do. We appreciate you more than you know. More

He is communication skills are top notch and he stayed in touch with us throughout the week. He was super knowledgeable about the VW Atlas Cross Sport she purchased and took the time to explain all the tech and function of the car, eventhough the dealership had closed. The dealership was able to offer us several discounts on the car and got her a great finance rate. They were able to give us a great price on our Audi Q7 trade in as well. We will be buying from Preston Auto Group again, very soon and I'm recommending friends and family to the dealership. Tyler Rotz was a very polite and is very good at his job. You can tell he absolutely loves what he is doing and is passionate about the brand he is selling. I say he is a "car guy" and it shows. Thanks so much and see you fellas soon! More

Attitude. I was emailed to see if I was still interested in a vehicle. The email was; "STILL INTERESTED??????" I replied if they could meet my expectations. I was emailed to see if I was still interested in a vehicle. The email was; "STILL INTERESTED??????" I replied if they could meet my expectations. The attitude reply from the dealer was; "I understand you have expectations, but unfortunately it looks like nobody can meet those expectations or we wouldn't be having this converstion. You would have bought already because you are shopping different dealers already. We would love to earn a NEW customer, not selling you a vehicle does nothing for us. But we have to have some realistic expectations. For the numbers you want are you willing to go to a lower packaged Tiquan or maybe even a Certified Pre-owed?
