This was my first time ever in the area and Preston Superstore. We drove 1 hour to look at a truck we saw online. I'm big on reviews so here's mine. Our salesman was C.J. We found him to be very accommodating, patient, and a nice salesman with talk to and deal with, a great asset to the store and was pleased to him. In addition, I was very happy to see that Preston had hired Vladimir Terzic their finance man. I know Vladimir from years past from another dealership and come to trust and respect his friendship and honesty. Always taking the time to talk and say hi and ask about my family or just talk about cars. I think this dealership is on the ball and did all they could to put the right people in place for buyers like me to help make a nice sound purchase with a truck I really love. In closing I'll end by saying I feel I work hard for my money and appreciate when a dealership appreciates me. More

My friends and I were traveling away from home recently on a Saturday and my check engine light came on. I called nearby Preston Ford to get my Ford Escape checked out and they got me in right away! Being on a Saturday and my check engine light came on. I called nearby Preston Ford to get my Ford Escape checked out and they got me in right away! Being able to get home safely was my biggest concern; Braydon got the car on diagnostics quickly and let me know the problem right away. The problem was serious, but I was assured I would be able to drive home without any issues. They waived the diagnostic fee and suggested I get with my local Ford dealership when home. Braydon was super attentive and friendly and double checked all the information that he shared with me about my car. Not good news about my car, but received great service from Braydon and the whole staff. More
