Very pleasant visit even though I waited for the car I was greeted at the door, taken to the service dept. They went over my history and explained what was needed and if it was something I didn't have t I was greeted at the door, taken to the service dept. Everyone was courteous, especially the girl that handled my paperwork. She even helped me reset my thermometer from C to F. I intend to keep coming. The price is as good as the service. More

Very disapointing Called to express interest in a van and made an appointment for my wife and I to go see it. The associate said he would text me his info so we could stay in touch. After an hour I call back to make sure he had my correct info and ask a few more questions, I was placed on hold and was told he would be right with me. After a few minutes a woman answered claiming to be his manager and said that they had sold the van already. What was the point of making an appointment to see a vehicle if you were just going to sell it an hour later?! Not only this but I was not even given the courtesy of a call to ask if I could come and see it sooner or that they were going to sell. I wonder were they going to call me or merely leave me hanging? This whole experience was a grievously dishonest and misleading representation on their part and I will never deal with them in the future nor recommend them in any way to anyone. More
