Had my backup camera go out on my Sorento. Preston had the part in stock, scheduled me in for the next morning and had it repaired, washed and on my way in an hour. That’s service! He followed up after I left with items I was waiting for from the dealership in a timely and courteous manner. I would also like to thank two other staff members, Wally and Dan. He knew so much about the car we were buying, you would think it was his very own vehicle! We were very impressed that he took the time to show us the important features for operating the car before we drove it home. Dan Flack was very friendly while helping us breeze through all the financial paperwork. Bottom line...
