We looked for several months in the area for a good quality used car. We finally found one online with Preston Sharon Ford Hyundia,Sharon PA. This car was for our 16 year old daughter and Charlene went out of her way and over and beyond to make this purchase with us. This is our 2nd vehicle purchased from Preston. We loved our first Hyundai Santa Fe which we purchased in 2007, and the service at Preston is next to none. My husband had been following the new Hyunda our first Hyundai Santa Fe which we purchased in 2007, and the service at Preston is next to none. My husband had been following the new Hyundai Santa Fe Sport since he first heard about it at the start of this year. He looked for updates daily on the interent! We saw glimpses of it.....and made up our minds we would buy it....sight unseen. So we went to the dealership to discuss the upcoming purchase, and we met with Char Macri. She, and the rest of the staff, were so enthusiastic about this purchase! They had seen the car when in training sessions. They had one on order, to be delivered in late August, but it did not have the specs we wanted. They then searched the area and found one that met our specifications. When they car arrived, Char called to tell us it was in. She was so excited for us. She kept saying "Just wait 'til you see it!" Then, when we went in to make the final monetary arrangements, they made it a "surprise" for us.....did not let us see it until the very last moment! And when we saw it....WOW!! They were ALL right....Char, Chris, Erika, Blair....the whole crew! What a treat to have your salesparson make such a big deal of your new car! Char was the best!! She made the "buying a new car event" so special for us! She was wonderful to deal with! Thanks, Char! More
