Excellent Experience!! I started my search on a Sunday for a new car to lease and by Tuesday I was driving home in one. I worked with Brian and he was phenomenal. Best Dealership in the area! As soon as I walked into this car dealer I knew I was going to buy from them. What can I say, they are used car salesMEN. Let me start out by saying that Tiffany went out of her way to help and she was awesome! It was "Bobby" that let the ball down. My husband spoke to "Bobby" the day before and he promised to have the car ready for us to test drive and that HE would be happy to have everything ready for our arrival. He was not there and NOTHING had been done for our arrival (as a supervisor, he should have delegated). That is when Tiffany stepped in to help and she did her best but... We have purchased used vehicles from other used car dealerships in the area and one of the first things they gave us was a list of problems that they found with the car when they accepted the car into their dealership. No so with Preston Mazda. Not sure how they did it, but the check engine light came on within 10 miles of leaving the dealership. We stopped because of a message that showed up on the car's dash concerning oil. When we tried to pop the hood, the hood latch was broken. When we did finally get the hood up, we found an oil cap on the radiator that not allowing the hood to latch properly. All in all - buyer beware! Go somewhere else for a used car. Or, just ask for Tiffany from the start. More
