The staff I worked with was extremely welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable on the cars, the buying process, and the service- not just their own but also their competitors. Sitting down was ea friendly, and knowledgeable on the cars, the buying process, and the service- not just their own but also their competitors. Sitting down was easy, and they were not pushy like other dealers I had dealt with formerly. Finally, they offered the cheapest price amongst the many dealers I had researched and spoke to across the state. Great experience! They let me take home to try out two cars that I was interested in back-to-back and I finally settled on the second one. Christine was delightful and even had a smile on her face when she had to stop eating lunch to come and jump the car I was testing down the road, which was my fault. The people at the mazda dealership were who I dealt with and were great. In no way "in your face" salesmen, they were very real and laid back and always helpful. If it was not for Christine's knowledge of insurance I would not have been able to afford the car I am driving today. More

He says he spen 6 hours on the lot searching and Aimee said it took 4 either way i left happy with a car new to me in 2 days after i test drove the car i wanted Aimee went over every singal little question i had was very paition and very kind. She even helped out when our paper work came back wrong because my husband wrote our address wrong. I cant wait till i need a new car because i know exactly where i can go and how nice i am going to be treated. More
I set my sights on a rare Mazda 6 wagon (they don't even manufacture them in the U.S. any longer!). After months on extensive online searches and even a road trip out of state that resulted in a "sale gone bad," I decided to call all of the dealers that had a Mazda 6 wagon listed online to see if they could get one of a different color, less miles, etc. Harry, the Preston Autoplex sales Manager, informed me that a member of his own family traded another one in a few days ago! It was the right color, had the right upgrades, meticulously clean and maintained and still had factory warranty! I was thrilled but, as a young girl supporting myself financially, I could not afford much on a car at all. Harry gave me an outstanding price! Furthermore, he offered to have the car delivered to me (I live 3 hours drive away) when I told him I would not be able to convince my Father to drive me out of state again because of the "sale gone bad" in the other state. These people are down-to-Earth. They know how to do business, especially when the economy is in the gutter. I feel like I paid exactly what the car was worth and their processing fee was very small compared to other dealerships. I did not feel scammed or conned, as I felt all of the months before test driving cars at other dealerships. These people are so friendly and straightforward. They don't go back and forth on the price with the higher ups. They really work with you. CONCLUSION: Best dealership in the Mid-Atlantic region! More

Not only is she very knowledgeable about the cars on the lot, but she is also easy to work with (no high-pressure sales tactics), honest, and a true professional--in short, a pleasure to work with. I first met her a year ago when I was just browsing in the showroom while waiting for my car to be serviced, and after 10 minutes of talking with her about cars I knew then that when the time came to buy a car I would come back and ask for her--and I did. I have also come to rely on Preston Mazda's service department over the past 5 years and am extremely satisfied (largely because of the very skilled technician Jan); they do excellent work, they are trustworthy, and they keep the customer's best intersts in mind.
