When I showed up at the dealer Christine Paulino had the car that I was interested in already pulled up to the front and was ready to be test driven. She also showed me other cars that I test drove. We contacted Loren by phone and asked for a price on a Mazda 6. He quoted us a price including all possible incentives and zero percent financing that was a bit less than we had been quoted from another Mazda 6. It was late in the day but Loren said he would stick around after closing time if we wanted to make the drive in to look at the car. When we arrived the car was parked out front and ready to test drive. Everything went well and we purchased the car. Even though it was two and a half hours past closing time when the deal was wrapped up he was positive and friendly the whole time. It was a pain-free buying experience. More
