Recently had to have my Mazda serviced at your location. Although I have purchased multiple cars from your dealership, I have at times found it less than convienient to service at your location. There have been different service advisors who were less than helpfull when it came to my needs (bent the key to my CX-7). The I met Jo-Anna Sparta. Not only did she work around my schedule and make it convienient and easy for me (she picked up my vehicle for a nominal fee and returned it). She made the entire experience a pleasant one. I am a local Buissness leader in Talbot County and because of Jo-Anna's proactive attitude towards this industry's and its customer's service needs, I can safely say I will reccommend my peers to her and your dealership again! I always have a great experience when I visit Preston Ford. My salesperson was Selbe Hubbard and even after my purchase of my Mazda 6 he still takes care of me! Mr Murphy was very pleasant and informative to deal with. I was comfortable with his explanations etc. The vehicle I selected is perfect for my use. We have purchased two Mazda 3's in the last year from Preston. Both times I was amazed with our experiences. The first was done for my convenience on the employees day off. The dealership was also closed for a holiday but they came in and made sure EVERYTHING was taken care of. Our second purchase came about after meeting Earl while I was there for a complimentary new owner's seminar. At this time I let Earl know that we may be interested in buying a second Mazda. He stayed in contact informing me of inventory and incentives. When we were ready to buy, Earl was the man. He did everything he could to make the buying experience as pleasurable as it could be. Since then we have stayed in contact. I consider Earl a good friend and hope to be able to buy another vehicle from him in the future. More
As a small business owner I need a reliable service department to maintain my work vehicle. John and his team always seem to go above and beyond to make sure my needs are met not only in getting the j department to maintain my work vehicle. John and his team always seem to go above and beyond to make sure my needs are met not only in getting the job done right but providing a loaner so I don't miss any work. I had the vehicle detailed with the service on one occasion and I felt they could have done better so John had them re-do it and offerd 3 free oil changes. When I got it back it was perfect. Thanks! When we purchased our Mazda from Earl last year it wasn't the typical deal with a "car salesman" Earl wanted us to have the car WE wanted, not the car he wanted to sell. She was knowledgeable about the vehicle and took her time explaining each of the features. Karen was never overbearing and never tried to push us into purchasing the car. She listened to our questions and didn't make us feel as though we were wasting her time. I would recommend Karen and Preston Mazda to anyone who is considering buying a vehicle. I purchased my CX7 from Preston. At first I was please with service and the vehicle. Shortly after the purchase, I began having problems with the car. I immediately phoned Mr. Hubbard. He provided me w with service and the vehicle. Shortly after the purchase, I began having problems with the car. I immediately phoned Mr. Hubbard. He provided me with another car to drive while the service center found the problem. My car was returned to me quickly and I haven't had any problems since. All in all, I will say, I am satisfied with the service I received at Preston. I will recommend Selbe Hubbard to my friends and family. More
