I brought my new van in for my first service visit. I called John Skalstad to tell him I needed service but I didn't have time to sit and wait for my van. He said he would have a van for me to use. I needed service and had a couple of repairs to be made. When I arrived they had a van waiting for me. When I arrived to pick up my van all service repairs were explained to me and everything was completed. I even received help getting my car seats back in me van. I found everyone to be friendly and very accomodating. We have the Platinum Service so we paid nothing for the visit. That was great news. I look forward to me next visit. More

I was very impressed with the service department the last time I used them. It was 4:45 p.m. on the day before i was scheduled to go out of town and my check engine light came on. They determined the problem and had me back on the road within 15 minutes. I was very pleased with the fast service and their willingness to take a look at my car without a prescheduled appointment.
