I never had any trouble with it at all, that Do NOT service your car here I bought a used 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe from this dealership 2 years ago. I never had any trouble with it at all, that is until I took it in for service 5-6 months ago. I have not had a working car since. They told me it was a problem with the spark plugs. Days later they tell me they dropped a screw into the engine and turned it on. After going back and forth at least 10 times, and having them fix one thing after another including replacing the engine, the engine light came on again. Now they say it's the catalytic converter and that they're not liable for it even though they probably got fluid into it or took it out and put it back wrong. Each time I took it to them they'd say they fixed things, I'd ask them for a written record of what they did, and they either refused or gave me a list that didn't include everything they said they did. They lied repeatedly about what they did, for example the very first time they tried to return my car it was rattling and running rough and they tried to return it to me with the engine broken. Only after I refused to take it back did they admit it wasn't fixed and actually replaced the engine they said they had fixed. Now they are refusing to pay for the converter and they keep trying to get me to trade in the car for a new car after THEY broke it. DO NOT trust them with your car. They will only break it and lie to you about it. More

Never in my life have I experienced service like that. First I was going to buy my new car from them the first saleman was nice until I came back and didn't ask for him to test drive the car. I test drove the car with another salesman who know very little about the car. I then came back to test drive the car with my dad and I saw the first guy I met and asked if we could test drive the car. He told me that he would not help because I didn't ask for him when I came to test drive. He has been nasty ever since. I saw the guy I test drove with and he and we test drove the car together. My dad asked if they would fix the few rust spots and the guy said no and that the price was firm. My dad found a 2009 sonata at Rick Case that we decided to see so I could make the best choice. We saw and drove the 2009 and I fell in love. We had a few problems there but the owner Rick Case resolved the matter personal and I walked away with a year newer car with protection, really low miles and a standard of service the Rick Case told me I should always expect, nothing less. So, this brings me to my service appointment today. I have only taken my car to Rick Case but because it is in the Bedford Auto Mile it is a ways to travel in the winter. It is about 45 minutes to an hour away from my home, Preston is only 15.I called set up an appointment and went over the basics. Rick Case used 5W-20 Chevron semi-synthetic where-as Preston uses 5W-30 Castrol regular. So I decided I would give Preston another try, the service can't be as bad as the sales right? WRONG, how so wrong was I. First it took a standard oil change and inspection an hour and a half, Rick Case 30 minutes and they washed my car. Preston's car wash was broken. I arrived with my own oil in hand 5 quarts for an engine that only required 4.54 quarts I asked if there was any oil left, they said no,I know he spilled some of it on the engine cover because you could smell the oil inside the car being burned of by the engine's heat. They adviced me of services that I should strongly consider getting done today. However, the person that adviced me was not hte mechanic it was a nice receptionist. While there this old lady found out that her car would be there all day and no rental was avalible because the one, yes the one they had was already being used. They found some mechanic to take her home. I had my car stay at Rick Case for some time and I received a rental until they were finished and they did not return my car until it met Hyundia's standard of being a luxuary car competitor. While I finally got the call to get my car and I paid and left. I later noticed that I had an oily hand on my car and oil was all over the engine bay. I called they washed it good enough to keep me quite. They dodn't use floor mates in my car because they said that the floor was already dirty, that came from the service manger himself. The wash was bad. I still had to rub some oil of the hood and the metal grill. Never again, even in snow I will go to Rick Case. I am not saying go to Rick Case I am just saying that they set a standard that I could use to compare all Hyundai dealers and I know that my money and happiness is important to whatever car company I go to and to expect only the best no matter where I go in the US. More
We love the car, and the service call just added to our pleasure. I was pleased with the speed with which it was handled and the car wash was a nice bonus. When we purchased the car, we appreciated the fact that we were not pressured to make an instant decision. In fact, the car we purchased wasn't the one we test drove. Thanks for the good service. More
