Originally we were interested in a 2015 CPO Hyundai Elantra. that we saw on line. Ron also metioned that there were 2 2016 Demo Elantras that weren't on the internet. We talked about one of the demo cars. Ron said that with the demo discount and all the incentives, that he and Angel could probably make it work into our budget. Plus with the demo we would also get the full warranty. Angel and my wife finalized the deal while I was making test drives. Angel found us all the incentives and even found one that was kind of obscure, but we qualified for it When it was all done, Ron went thru all the manuals with me and showed me how to work all the options in the car. He also helped me link my phone via the Bluetooth. Ron and Angel made the whole process seamless and transparent. And they both were very professional. Everyone at the dealer was friendly. Definitely worth the trip across the border. More

No Soup for You I found this dealership because they had the car I want. I negotiated a good price, but since I am an -out-of-state buyer, I couldn't go down there i I found this dealership because they had the car I want. I negotiated a good price, but since I am an -out-of-state buyer, I couldn't go down there immediately. Instead I planned to take my kids and make it a family weekend trip. We agreed on the price on Monday, I was coming down on Friday, then I received this email on Wednesday: "THE MAZDA DID IN FACT SELL LAST NIGHT, IF THERE IS ANY OTHER VEHICLE THAT I CAN HELP YOU WITH PLEASE LET ME KNOW, WE HAVE SEVERAL STORES AND HAVE MANY OTHER POTENTIAL VEHICLES." Thanks for nothing. Paperwork doesn't matter, and agreement doesn't matter, and apparently customer service doesn't matter. More

3rd straight good experience We have leased our 3rd straight Hyundai Sonata from Preston. We have been very pleased with the vehicles and the car. Our only complaint over the years was the tires on previous Sonata's. That has been rectified with a new tire on the 2016. Old was Kuhmo now is Hankook. We love the 2016 Soanata and in pearl white it is a breath taking vehicle. I would definitely recommend Preston dealership and the Sonata vehicle. More
