Shady I have had horrible service from this place. From incompetence, to shady practices, to downright lies. The last time I came in, I was charged 100 bu I have had horrible service from this place. From incompetence, to shady practices, to downright lies. The last time I came in, I was charged 100 bucks to look at the brakes. I was told I needed a rotor, a caliper, and break pads for the right rear side only. I asked how much to do the work, and I was quoted $800. I said that was insane. I bought those parts for $150 and did it myself. It would take them 1 hour tops to do this service, yet I was going to get charged $650 for labor??? Very shady Preston Hyundai! Never setting foot back in that garage. In addition, when they repaired the brakes on the left rear months ago, they used the wrong caliper for my vehicle. My guess is that they used something "close enough" that they had on hand to increase their profits even more. More

He kept contact with us to follow us through the purchasing of two new cars process and made it a pleasant experience. We spent some time negotiating the deal and a couple people were involved in that process and some confusion happened when it came time to sign the papers. The tone of the dealership became very different toward us when we stuck to our understanding of the terms. The comment made in front of us 4 times by the finance guy was the dealership was going to "eat" the additional money. It was unpleasant and uncomfortable. We were treated with a different feeling when we left also, not by our salesman however. It did not leave a good feeling with us. We have obviously been talked about after because someone in the service department made a comment about us being, 'the people" who got a great deal. More
