We were originally working with Rick McCool at the Toyota store. The problem is that we liked a car at the Honda store. He connected us with Paul and Jimmy and then turned us over to them. First contact with James, was when I asked for some price quotes from Preston's webpage. I was very surprised when I visited the dealership, that he already had something in mind that would be in my price ra quotes from Preston's webpage. I was looking for a new minivan for our new family- and mostly our newly adopted toddler brothers from Russia. I went researching online and we decided on the Honda Odyssey and trim. I sent e-mails to about a dozen local Honda dealerships in Pittsburgh and got many more instant and follow up e-mails. Most were auto generated and kept peppering me with auto-generated emails in blasts. Anyways, pricing was good at several other dealerships, but I soon found out that no dealership actually had the car I wanted or was willing to get it, and when I pressed them on this, they basically told me that they could not deliver. This fruitless communication soon ended up leaving me with the only option of ordering one from HONDA, which would take months. Other dealerships simply could get the customer connected with the item desired..and good business is exactly that. No MBA required. Deflated, I decided to give Preston Honda a call since we purchased a car from them 2 years ago. Originally they gave me a higher than expected initial e-quote which dissappointed me, so they dropped from the first round of dealerships for me. Bobby Preston and I talked, and he gave me a new competetitive quote and assured me that he could get the vehicle I wanted in under 2 weeks. He kept me informed every step of the way and delivery was smooth. He is a man of his word, which is important to me and should be to you as well. They also were flexible with me on financing. Much appreciated... Preston really is a nice dealership to work with and I highly recommend them as a dealership of honesty and integrity. They do not seem as pushy as the Pittsburgh area dealerships. I can see why the dealership has been a success and will likely earn many repeat customers. Thanks More
We loved the experience we had at Preston Honda, James was very friendly and accomodating and the price of our vehicle was the lowest that we could find. The only issues we had with our experience was with the car. After leaving the dealership I realized that the windsheild wipers were in very bad condition and needed replaced immediately. Also, the windshield wiper fluid was out and since it is winter we had an issue seeing out of our windshield on the way home. That was the only thing that was dissapointing. Otherwise, we love Preston Honda and will reccomend it to others. More
