Owner and founder Robert L. Preston dreamed of running a car dealership since he was young. That dream became a reality when he purchased his first dealership in New Castle, PA in 1989. From that start, Preston created a network of dealerships that now includes 8 locations and 14 major automakers. That success is entirely because of the outstanding customers that we have come to form long-term relationships with.
New Castle is where it all began, and we feel closely tied to this community and the people who make it such a great place to live. In order to share the success of the dealership with the community that has made it possible, Robert L. Preston and his wife Joanne Preston have consistently worked to raised funds and support for important local initiatives.
Robert served as the chair of the capital campaign that raised $3.7 million to build the Preston Chambers YMCA Y Zone. The couple also made a sizable personal donation to the campaign. That is just one of many charitable initiatives the team at Preston Honda has been involved with.
We remain so committed to this community because our staff, our customers, and our partners are made up of friends and neighbors who come from right here in New Castle. It is not our choice to provide ongoing support and exemplary service, it is our imperative. Martisse was a dream to work with. After test driving a FIT, we went in to t My wife and me came in at 8:00 on a Monday not expecting to buy a vehicle. Trent couldnt do enough for us. After test driving a FIT, we went in to talk price. He was very honest and up front with us. Not knowing that the 0.9 % financing ended in 20 business minutes we decided to but the vehicle. I was first amazed that Trent and a finance person stayed after hours to accomidate us. Second, I couldnt believe we could take the vehicle home that night all prepped and ready to go. All in all, I cant find any negative points in any way. My wife is thrilled with her new FIT. More

I rated the quality of work bad because in the process of my time there they managed to loose my registration for the car i was trading in before i agreed to buy the car the sales person was to young and not my time there they managed to loose my registration for the car i was trading in before i agreed to buy the car the sales person was to young and not very knowledgeable the finace person was the most helpful to me More

We worked with James Preston. I had spoken to him on the phone a few times before we were ready to go in to the dealership. He was all ready with a car for us to test drive when we arrived. Parts manager substituted aftermarket parts for manufacturer parts:they failed refused to honor the warranty made a stink,they admitted their mistake. Within a year parts failed.
