My experience with James Preston was not stressful at all. I hate shopping for cars and I needed a used one. I wasn't sure on what kind to get because I have always had Chevy's my whole life. I told him where I wanted to be budget wise and how much money down I was willing to put and I then came into the dealership. Instead of showing me a ton of cars he sat me down at his desk and showed me how much money I could spend. He was knowledgable and very kind to my needs. As a woman I can say that I never felt pressured into buying something I did not want. He has followed up with since then but not too much to be bothersome. Just on information on service updates and seeing how my car is. I have sent my brother and a co-worker to him so far who were both very happy with their experience.
