Owner and founder Robert L. Preston dreamed of running a car dealership since he was young. That dream became a reality when he purchased his first dealership in New Castle, PA in 1989. From that start, Preston created a network of dealerships that now includes 8 locations and 14 major automakers. That success is entirely because of the outstanding customers that we have come to form long-term relationships with.
New Castle is where it all began, and we feel closely tied to this community and the people who make it such a great place to live. In order to share the success of the dealership with the community that has made it possible, Robert L. Preston and his wife Joanne Preston have consistently worked to raised funds and support for important local initiatives.
Robert served as the chair of the capital campaign that raised $3.7 million to build the Preston Chambers YMCA Y Zone. The couple also made a sizable personal donation to the campaign. That is just one of many charitable initiatives the team at Preston Honda has been involved with.
We remain so committed to this community because our staff, our customers, and our partners are made up of friends and neighbors who come from right here in New Castle. It is not our choice to provide ongoing support and exemplary service, it is our imperative. I found Preston Honda through the associate discounts site from Home Depot, James & Kurt were quick to get in touch with me about the purchase I was interested in and they covered the details of my disco site from Home Depot, James & Kurt were quick to get in touch with me about the purchase I was interested in and they covered the details of my discounts and what kind of #'s we could work out. James got me to the payment I needed and then found the car I wanted in Erie. He had the car brought down the next day and I went in to pick it up which was quite painless. Drove the hour from Pittsburgh on the hunch this dealership would be a really good place to do business and it was totally worth it. We left feeling we had gotten a very good deal, been treated ext dealership would be a really good place to do business and it was totally worth it. We left feeling we had gotten a very good deal, been treated extremely well, and had complete trust for the people we'd encountered. Kurt Abraham was not only clearly a professional with real integrity, but also a person we were happy to have met and spent some time with, and the other people we worked with were great as well. Wish I remembered the name of the guy who did the final cleanup on the vehicle; my wife cares a lot about cleanliness, and she wanted to send him a thank-you note -- only the odometer makes you aware you're not driving a new vehicle. They even had a place for small kids to play, which made the time it took to finalize the paperwork much more pleasant for everyone. It was worth the trip up, and I'd recommend it to anyone. More

Our sales consultant Bryan Rodgers is tops he has sold us 2 Honda Civics in the past year most recently after my wife's accident which totaled our car. Bryan even took time to contact my wife while she was in the hospital to see how she was doing. This is a special gentlemen , along with Mark Root the Business Manager . We would like to say thanks to the whole team at Preston Honda for making our lives feel so complete when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. Everyone involved in the sale went above and beyond to get me in the vehicle I had selected. Starting with the first phone call to the dealership I was treated with exceptional customer service that cont get me in the vehicle I had selected. Each of the above mentioned employees were friendly and courteous. The vehicle was brought over from Preston in Boardman to New Castle which saved me a trip. Kurt brought paperwork to my place of employment to help move the process along after I was presented with an deal I could not refuse. All in all it was a smooth sale from beginning to end. I have been looking to purchase a new Honda CRV for several months and had been conversing with several dealerships, but Preston Honda was different. I got a good "vibe" right from the very beginning several months and had been conversing with several dealerships, but Preston Honda was different. I got a good "vibe" right from the very beginning when James emailed me my initial quote. When I talked to James on the phone prior to my visit, he was very nice and straight forward, not condescending at all. Some dealers I spoke to just left a bad taste in my mouth, but not the staff at Preston Honda. I got the price I wanted and I think that we both made out very well that day. This was my first NEW car purchase experience and I would go back to Preston Honda in a heart beat. And I love my new car!!! More
