Owner and founder Robert L. Preston dreamed of running a car dealership since he was young. That dream became a reality when he purchased his first dealership in New Castle, PA in 1989. From that start, Preston created a network of dealerships that now includes 8 locations and 14 major automakers. That success is entirely because of the outstanding customers that we have come to form long-term relationships with.
New Castle is where it all began, and we feel closely tied to this community and the people who make it such a great place to live. In order to share the success of the dealership with the community that has made it possible, Robert L. Preston and his wife Joanne Preston have consistently worked to raised funds and support for important local initiatives.
Robert served as the chair of the capital campaign that raised $3.7 million to build the Preston Chambers YMCA Y Zone. The couple also made a sizable personal donation to the campaign. That is just one of many charitable initiatives the team at Preston Honda has been involved with.
We remain so committed to this community because our staff, our customers, and our partners are made up of friends and neighbors who come from right here in New Castle. It is not our choice to provide ongoing support and exemplary service, it is our imperative. Valerie Villani did a superb job in the financing department. They were both cordial and easy to work with - even after hours as they completed the sale. This dealership knows how to take cues from the customer, offering gentle guidance rather than high pressure tactics. They are willing to do the extra work to assure the customer's satisfaction. Five stars to Preston Honda for "going the extra mile" and making our purchase a great experience! More

The Customer comes First! Back in March, my parents came to Preston Honda of New Castle by means of a recommendation. They had visited another dealership and felt the salespers Back in March, my parents came to Preston Honda of New Castle by means of a recommendation. They had visited another dealership and felt the salesperson was pushy interested only in making a sale. After a few minutes with Kurt Abraham they knew he had their best interest at heart. He showed them the respect a veteran deserved and shortly after they purchased their first Honda Accord. The service was so excellent I brought my family back to Kurt in May just two months after. He asked my wife all the right questions to find out what was the best vehicle for her and my family. We decided to go new and soon became the proud owners of a Honda CR-V. We really felt he fought to get us the best deal possible. He even went the extra mile to stay after the shop had closed to make sure my wife felt comfortable operating the many features that came with the vehicle like the link to her I-phone. In less than three months Kurt has converted two families to the Honda family. Not only will I recommend this store to all my friends and family but I will never go anywhere else for service to our new vehicles. Kurt, Thanks for the great service! Go through their website in order to get pricing. If you are internet savvy enough to do that, they know you will also know what is the lowest price - thus there is no hassle and haggling over price. I don't have time to sit down and negotiate makes, models, prices, etc. I did my research and knew what I wanted (a 2014 Honda Pilot EX-L, which is BY FAR my favorite company vehicle). I approached them online, made my offer. They said come in. A day later (and only about 1 hour of my time), I drove away in the Pilot. Perfectly smooth transition trading in the old company car and buying the new. I will return there for my next company vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership. More

I was contacted by other local dealers also with price quotes too. Kurt's quote was lower than all others so I contacted him and talked about the vehicle I wanted. After a brief chat my wife and I went to Preston Honda in PA. I was treated with kindness and respect through out the entire experience. I was offered what I thought was a fair amount for my trade in. I was kept abreast of every step in the deal from viewing the car right up to us driving away. I liked the no pressure atmosphere and honesty at the dealership. I will definetely reccomend a Preston Dealership to my friends and family if they are looking for a car. It was worth the drive to preston Honda. More
