Long story short- quality of sales, business, and ancillary staff made it easy to decide to purchase an Accord. 2011 Mitsubishi Outlander Found a used car I liked through autotrader at Preston Honda. I was quickly contacted by Kurt Abraham to set something up. Kurt was great, very friendly and willing to take me on winding roads, hills, etc...to get the feel of the car. After the test drive I did not feel pressured at all to buy something that day which was a relief. Buying a car is a big decision! The next day I decided I wanted to purchase the vehicle. I wasn't able to get there until after 4pm when they were closing at 6. Valerie worked hard to get everything all set up with the loan in that short time. She and Kurt also helped me with address changes on my license and insurance since I had just recently moved. Very good car buying experience!
