After I visited another Honda Dealer and was totally insulted by the deal that was proposed to me for my trade, the deal was a retail price on the window sticker and wholesale on my car or by a price s insulted by the deal that was proposed to me for my trade, the deal was a retail price on the window sticker and wholesale on my car or by a price set by some out of sequence auction reports. I was dumbfounded at the least that the offer was given to me and I did not even ask for a revised amount of the trade valve since the offer was that far out of line. I did tell the salesman my thoughts and then walked out, the salesmen said he would see what could be done and will call me tomorrow, i told him that he could get me before I left the lot, and departed. I look over the r Honda dealers in the region and sent out an inquiry to Preston which a reply was sent within minutes. I called the Internet Sales Manager Vinny DeJohn, and we spoke on the phone Vinny said that he could help me and we set a time for the next day. tafter arrival and introductions I chose the model that I wanted, and then the deal came out although better than the previous dealer, we still needed to make a modification and all was said and done I drove the new CRV off the lot. Vinny has a strong way of creating confidence and followed thru on the work. I would recommend Preston and Vinny to anyone because of the reasonability on both sides of the deal. Chad the salesman was great and I would probably buy a car from him if he worked anywhere but Preston Honda. The Sales Manager and the Finance Manager...not so much... they are the reason I didn’t buy car from him if he worked anywhere but Preston Honda. The Sales Manager and the Finance Manager...not so much... they are the reason I didn’t buy there and I wouldn’t recommend them. They inconvenienced me and, instead of trying to make it right, made matters worse by trying to xx me...don’t do that to people. I wish Chad a lot of success...the others, well... not so much More
Called on a car during a snow storm Chad Parker had the car warmed and inside ready to view went over every detail even had it washed so we could see it better. Been buying Hondas from Mark Sanata since 1999 The first car I bought from Mark Sanata was a 1999 Honda Civic EX and my wife and I both really liked working with Mark. Since then we have always go The first car I bought from Mark Sanata was a 1999 Honda Civic EX and my wife and I both really liked working with Mark. Since then we have always gone back to Mark. This includes purchases of: 2001 Civic, 2003 Accord, 2003 CRV, 2015 Pilot, 2017 Pilot, 2019 Pilot, and now most recently a 2020 Passport EX-L. This is not to say that we don't shop around, but what I mean is that when it comes down to it, we have purchased many cars over the years with Mark Sanata as our salesperson and have consistently been happy with the way he has treated us, his patience, and his knowledge of the product. It doesn't hurt that Honda is a superior product. If you are going to buy a Honda, you should consider going to Preston, and if you are going to Preston, you definitely should ask for Mark. More
