Was going to buy my next car here again but not after having to replace my battery after 2 and a half year old car that I bought brand new. Like most dealerships they love you when your spending money but when it comes to doing the right thing and it costing them it's a different story!!! More

I brought my CPO 2019 Honda Civic in for a fuel pump replacement due to a recall and an oil change. I picked my car up from the dealership afterwards and all the paint on driver side mirror was chipped replacement due to a recall and an oil change. I picked my car up from the dealership afterwards and all the paint on driver side mirror was chipped and bubbled as if someone spilled some kinda chemical on it. I was told that they weren’t responsible and that it showed up like that. I bought this car from them over a year ago and put less than 4000 miles on that car in a year. It sits in a garage for most of the day. Now I’m left scratching my head as to what to do next. More

This is the second time we've worked with Mark Sonata of Preston Honda to purchase a new car. We appreciate that Mark's main goal is to help us find the car that is right for us. During our first purchase, he went so far as to make us drive/check out a car from a different dealer. This last time, he had us try different models, so that we could determine which model worked best for us. Mark also went out of his way to obtain the color we wanted. Not easy during the current car shortage. When we picked up the car, Mark spent well over an hour introducing us to the vehicle and its features. He said he is always available for questions and that he'd be happy to meet with us and the car again to continue the introduction to a new vehicle process. Mark also helped us to obtain the best deal on an extended warranty. Mark is the best! We also appreciate the time Nick Sormaz spent with us to go over financial and warranty information. We drove 3. 5 hours round-trip to purchase a Nissan Armada. We told the salesperson that we would be using the vehicle for towing and taking youth and families in 5 hours round-trip to purchase a Nissan Armada. We told the salesperson that we would be using the vehicle for towing and taking youth and families in-country. He assured us that the vehicle was in great shape and would be safe. Turns out the vehicle's tow bar was rusted through the top and when we attempted to open the tailgate window the window fell off. And, when we took the vehicle out on the highway, when we went over a small rise on the bridge, the vehicle did a extremely disconcerting sway which shocked everyone, including the salesperson, who though I had done it (testing the steering tightness). Suffice to say, we left. More
