Best Car shopping experience I got my current lease here and it was by far the best car shopping experience I've ever had. Everyone was super friendly and not pushy. I loved tha I got my current lease here and it was by far the best car shopping experience I've ever had. Everyone was super friendly and not pushy. I loved that they actually listened to my wants and needs for what I was looking for in a new car. This was the first car I've leased and they really explained everything to me to make sure that I was making the best decision for me. They were patient with all of my questions and even outlined several different options for me including some ways for me to save money that I had not realized. I truly feel like I got a great deal for my new car and even my trade in. One of my favorite things about them though was that they did not treat me like a stupid girl like many dealerships of the past have. It was amazing to have a car salesman that was up front and honest instead of making me feel like they were trying to pull a fast one on me. I have and will in the future recommend them to anyone I know in the market for a car. More

unprofessional I had an appointment to look at a Chevy Cruze. I emailed and texted the guy I was supposed to meet. never an answer. he texted me 30 mins before my ap I had an appointment to look at a Chevy Cruze. I emailed and texted the guy I was supposed to meet. never an answer. he texted me 30 mins before my appointment, to ask if I was coming in. of course, I said. he then told me he wouldn't be meeting me, someone else would. 15 mins before my appointment. I number from Cleveland called me, when I was going too Preston in new castle, and told me the car has been sold. it would have been nice for someone to tell before I was halfway there. I asked the guy about it, and he never responded. how rude, and unprofessional. I will never go here or let anyone I know but a car from this place More
