I have dealt with other dealerships in the past but I have never had the service I had to I really enjoyed my experience today with Preston Ford. I have dealt with other dealerships in the past but I have never had the service I had today. Les and Chad really made me feel like a valued customer. They answered all my questions, went over several vehicles with me to find the right fit for me. While I was waiting for the paperwork to be processed they really made me comfortable and spent a lot of time explaining how the features worked and walking me thru how to set things up. I left there with a vehicle I love and really with a good understanding of the vehicle, they covered maintenace questions, roadside assistance information, covered warranty information with me and went out of there way to make sure I understood all the information on my new vehicle. I left the dealership feeling very comfortable knowing that these two salesmen really had my best interest in this sale.I appreciate the way they treated me and I will always tell my co-workers and friends that if they want to get the best deal thats the dealership to go to. I am an older single woman and it was refreshing to finally find a business that wanted to take the time to make sure I did know my vehicle and its features before I left the lot.
