My husband was in the military and we were stationed in Hawaii. We relocated to Maryland and needed a second vehicle ASAP because our truck was in the process of being shipped from Hawaii and wouldn't arri Hawaii. I began looking for a vehicle about 2 weeks ago... decided I wanted a Fusion. I got on-line and did some looking around. I called the following Tuesday morning and let him know that I would like to come in but that I was short on time and I would have one of my young children with me. He assured me that I would be taken care of in a timely manner. I was. I got there a little after 11am and was out by 2:30pm. He showed me what I was looking for based upon what I told him my needs were. He took time to make sure I knew how to operate the new features in my car that I had not used before. He also Synced my phone into the car as well. The overall service was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. Richard had a coloring book for my son to keep him busy while we worked out a deal and completed the paperwork. They even got someone to drive my new car all the way back to my house for me and pick up my trade in, and that is really saying something considering I live a while away. I would and have recommended this dealership to friends and family. More
