Not having compared price of car purchased, don't know if price was excellent, but certainly believe it was a fair price. The dealer has several lots and all together we visited three until we found the car we loved. We actually purchased a 2006 Chevrolet, but this site did not bring up Preston if I said it was a Chevy. Both Neil and Chad help us navigate through some confusing production schedule from the manufacturer and provided temporary transportation during the considerable delay from Ford which was out of their control. Henry Brightwell greeted me and was very friendly and helpful.I was looking for a Fusion with a 6 cylinder engine so he let me drive both a 4 and 6 to get the experience of both. When I decided that a 6 is what I wanted,he went on line and found me one at another dealership that both saved me money and was the color I liked. Preston platinium service agreement is a great bargain especially since I put a lot of miles on my car and the fact I can get most of my routine maintenence done at the Cambridge Carnet is a big plus. This brings me to a great plus for the dealership, the fact that you seem to work together as a team. I didn't get the feeling that I did with a couple other multi location dealerships I have worked with that the locations and salesmen were competing and running each other down.Keep up the good work. Everyone went above and beyond when trying to help me. I purchased a vehicle 1 year ago and have not been pleased with it. It has been in the service dept. four times this year. Each time the service dept., especially Chrystal Morris, was respectful, curteous, polite, and very eager to help. This last visit convinced me that I am now even to nervous to drive the Ford Escape, I simply didn't feel safe in the vehicle any longer. I explained this to Chris Christian and Chris Marks and they immediately found a replacement vehicle for me that I could afford. Chris Christian is also the gentleman that sold me the original vehicle one year ago. I mention this because it happened to be one day after my husband passed away. As you can imagine, I was distraught and confused, and Chris stayed and worked with me until 9:00 pm that evening. Staying true to form, Chris, again, put in the extra hours to find my new vehicle. I turned 75 this year, and with the recent loss of my husband, I am on a very fixed income. It took some work but everyone made sure I stayed within my budget. My grandaughter will also be driving the new vehicle so when it's time to trade in this truck...it looks like Preston Motors will be servicing a whole new generation. How's that for repeat business? We drove to Preston Autopark just to look. We were greeted by Chris Christian and later by Chris Marks and did not feel pressured. We walked around for awhile since we were just kinda looking. We drove home and thought about what we saw. The next day we drove back to Preston Ford to test drive the vehicle. Both Chris Christian and Chris Marks worked VERY hard to give us the best deal ever. We really appreciate all the help they gave us in making the deal so great. We will certianly contact them for our next vehicle as well. We love our new car!!! Thanks guys!!!! You are the BEST!!! When we said we purchased our last car through AAA, the dealership matched the AAA price without further negotiation. We decided to visit Honda and Toyota first, though, and the sales department, although hesitant, did not pressure us to purchase immediately. When we returned, they honored the original offer and we were able to take the car with us that afternoon. (If we had not liked the salesman so much, but liked the car, we could have gone to another local Ford dealership.) I later confirmed via the AAA website that Preston Ford had honored the AAA price within $50. Honesty is very important to me and I felt that Brandon and the dealership had been honest with us. More

I came into the dealership just to look. Mickey had previously responded, per my request, by email to a request for information. Chris was equally kind and patient. We ended up buying a truck and taking it home the same day. I will recommend this dealership to anyone who might be looking for a car anytime I'm asked. More
