i was contemplating a purchase of a newer car and went window shopping. i pulled onto the lot and saw a car that interested me. I stopped to check it out. Mr. Henry was nearby and checked on me. He was not aggressive, did not hound me, and did not try to intimidate me. He answered my questions honestly and without judgement. When we began to talk money, they went far beyond what I would have anticipated. They worked with me to get a payment I work with and one that I could hardly refuse. They even gave me a full tank of gas before I left the lot. I will definitely recomment Preston and will shop there again. More
I WAS IN AN ACCIDENT AND MY CAR WAS TOTALED THROUGH NO FAULT OF MY OWN. I OWED MONEY ON THE CAR THAT WAS TOTALED, AND AM WAITING TO SEE WHAT THE GAP INSURANCE WILL COVER. WE TRIED TO GET A SUBSTITUTION FAULT OF MY OWN. I OWED MONEY ON THE CAR THAT WAS TOTALED, AND AM WAITING TO SEE WHAT THE GAP INSURANCE WILL COVER. WE TRIED TO GET A SUBSTITUTION OF COLLATERAL THROUGH A LOCAL DEALERSHIP (KOONS FORD OF ANNAPOLIS) AND THEY WERE NOT HELPFUL OR KNOWLEDGEABLE. WE WENT ON LINE TO FIND A CAR TO MEET OUR NEEDS IN A PRICE RANGE THAT FORD CREDIT SUGGESTED. WE STARTED CORRESPONDING THROUGH EMAIL WITH LISA HUBBARD AT PRESTON. LISA FOUND A CAR FOR US, AND REVIEWED OUR SITUATION WITH THE SALES MANAGER. WE DROVE AN HOUR TO SEE THE USED CAR. AFTER REVIEWING OUR SITUATION AND PAPER WORK THE GENERAL MANAGER WAS ABLE TO OFFER US A NEW CAR, AT A LOWER FINANCE RATE, WITH A BETTER WARRANTY, AT A LOWER MONTHLY PAYMENT, THAT INCLUDED NEW GAP INSURANCE. THIS FAR EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS. THE WHOLE PROCESS WAS SURPRISINGLY PLEASANT. THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY, AND WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO GIVE US AN HONEST AND GOOD DEAL. THE FINANCE DIRECTOR TOOK TIME TO MAKE SURE WE UNDERSTOOD ALL THE PAPERWORK, AND OFFERED ASSISTANCE IF I HAD ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT MY CURRENT GAP INSURANCE. I WILL ABSOLUTELY RETURN TO PRESTON FORD TO BUY MY NEXT CAR. MY SON IS CURRENTLY SAVING UP TO PURCHASE HIS FIRST CAR AND WHEN HE IS READY, WE WILL MAKE THE HOUR TRIP BACK TO PRESTON BECAUSE THEY ARE WORTH IT. More

There was no pressure on buying a truck. Answered all my questions I had on the vehicle. No haggling over the price for hours. Very pleasent experience. I visited Preston Ford with interest in purchasing a Ford Flex Limited. Mr. Chad Todd presented a take it or leave it price and after I did more research I came to conclusion the price he presented was proba Flex Limited. I wanted to tell them upfront that I would comfortable paying $500.00 over the invoice bottom line and yes I knew all about the hold-back but the take it or leave it price precluded andy more offers from me. I am still a serious shopper for a Flex and maybe we can come to terms in the near future. I thank Chad and Mickey for being kind and helpful as they tried to sell me a Flex. Maybe soon ? More
