Never had been purchasing a car been so smooth. I rolled into the dealership at around 10:00 am and was greeted immediately by a very kind gentleman named Bill.I had an old Charger that had been very good t into the dealership at around 10:00 am and was greeted immediately by a very kind gentleman named Bill.I had an old Charger that had been very good to me but was starting to show its age after 13 years. After riding a couple vehicles my wife and I liked a Jeep Compass limited that they had on site. I had figured my day would be shot from my past experiences at car dealers. Probably spending six stressful hours with finding financing and the dreaded paperwork. After sitting with Bill for a short time doing routine computer work (no papers) I was advised that my financing was approved at a great rate and I was met by the finance manager, who was nothing like any finance manager I have ever dealt with in the past. (his name escapes me). In his office he went over every detail of the transaction and did not even try to up sale me into any wild extended warrant, but even told me why I did NOT need certain warranties. And a couple other pieces of valuable information for me to keep in my head for the future. I'"m delighted with the agreement we did finalize on the suv and will certainly be making another trip to Delaware (from Middleriver Md) when Im ready to trade in my other Jeep.They are really worth checking out before you commit to an automobile in your area. More
