I had stumbled upon Brandywine from a friend who purchased a Jeep. I had originally tried another dealer and did not have a great experience. Then I found Brandywine, I was referred to Vince who was purchased a Jeep. I had originally tried another dealer and did not have a great experience. We showed up at 8 pm when the dealership was closed. Keith who was outside closing down for the night answered questions we had about the truck we wanted. Keith took his time to help answer our questions and to give us some numbers. We ended up closing the deal around 10 pm. He was great! The whole dealership was great! Chris in finance stayed to seal the deal and we couldn’t be happier. Unlike other dealerships we dealt with they negotiated with us until we felt comfortable. We drove the truck home that night. The next day Keith who was off for the day still came in to show us the truck and how everything worked. I can’t say enough good things about Keith himself and the others at this dealership.
