Did not check psi on tires after asking three times to do that. Was told they would not rotate tires because tread was good. 44.95 labor to replace air filter. Five minutes of work. Customer Service was absolutely horrible! ! Dropped off my car on Wednesday for Thursday service. They were to fix the car in one day. I called right before 4 to check on status. Was not g ! Was not going to be done until the next Tuesday and they claimed no loaner car. They said they could complete by 1 the next day. I waited and called close to 1 to check status. Wont be done now until the next Tuesday or Wednesday. Could not get anyone to call me back about a loaner car. Finally got one after making calls ALL day. Was a very stressful and horrific experience. The car is a lease and still under warranty or I would never go back to Preston. I have bought cars there for years. I also had a horrible experience buying out the lease on my car a few months prior. More
The two service advisors were terrific! Rick is one of the most friendly and best salesperson! Came across the owner of the dealership, he completely ignored me. No smile, not even a “hi.
