Most unorganized dealership general manager was extremely rude and and pore mannered service manager is never there to talk to the dealership had my jeep for over 3 months never got any information on it eve rude and and pore mannered service manager is never there to talk to the dealership had my jeep for over 3 months never got any information on it even after multiple trips in to try finding information out financial manager was the only one willing to help me threw everything overall I am extremely disappointed and will go out of my way to find a dealership who actually cares about there customers will never buy another vehicle for a Preston owned dealership definitely need management work if it wasn’t for Alwxander Pherson I don’t believe I still would have my jeep back he was excellent threw and threw as for the rest words can’t express my disappointment and dissatisfaction!!!! The service girls up front are great but when you take your car in for a nine o’clock appointment and they call you at two o’clock and tell you they haven’t started on your vehicle yet and probably won’t your car in for a nine o’clock appointment and they call you at two o’clock and tell you they haven’t started on your vehicle yet and probably won’t be able to get everything done which they didn’t then that’s poor service in my book. I don’t believe it’s the employees fault but the fault of the dealership for not having enough help or for over scheduling for the personnel they have. More
