Stand behind your own product!!! I took my Caravan in for an ABS problem. They did a quick diagnostic and confirmed what I had told them when I called. They said that they did not have the part and would call me when they found one. They called a few hours later and told me they had found one locally at Columbiana Dodge and I could take my van there. I told them that it was just as far to go there as it was to their place. The Preston tech then told me that dealers generally won't transfer hard to find parts. So I suggested that I would go and buy the part and they could reimburse me. He said he would have to check with his boss. He never called back. I called the Columbiana parts dept. and just so happened to get the same parts guy that Preston had talked to. HE TOLD ME THAT PRESTON HAD INDEED CALLED AND HE HAD SAID, "SURE WE HAVE HAD THIS PART SITTING AROUND FOR YEARS, YOU CAN HAVE IT.!!" I called Preston back and told them "If you don't want to work on my car, just tell me!" I Took my Van to Columbiana Dodge and they fixed my ABS problem and even provided me with a free rental while it was being serviced. More
Super Speedy! Our Rav 4 had a recall. I scheduled the appointment online. When I arrived, they had me pull directly into a service bay. Originally they said it wo Our Rav 4 had a recall. I was out the door with a repaired vehicle, that was vacuumed and washed, within 45 minutes. It doesn't get any better than that! Great job team! More

The building service is housed in is very comfortable, sadly the people who work in it don't seem to know how to care for vehicles or customers. I would recommend avoiding this department at all costs. More

This dealership has by far the worst service I have experienced. My husband and I bought a vehicle 5 months ago with "brand new tires." 9,000 miles later Rohrich Toyota will not even align the vehicle because the tires are so bald. Luckily, Preston Toyota wants to make the situation right and replace the tires. So, I make an appointment for 8am (on my only day off) and drive an hour to the dealership. It takes over 4 hours for them to sort out the face that YES THE TIRES ARE BALD and replace them with another "no name" tire they don't even stock there. People getting tires came in after me and left hours before me. BUYER BEWARE FOR VEHICLES SOLD WITH NEW TIRES!!!!!! I should have just gone to Costco for tires (I will have to in 6 months anyways). Needless to say, I will buy another Toyota, but am terrified to be forced to buy another one from Preston Toyota. I never want to be forced to use their service department again. More
