I am extremely disappointed with my service experience at Preston Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. My vehicle was in the shop for over a month for a camshaft repair that required multiple attempts. Parts were missing or improperly reinstalled, a tool was left in the engine bay, and the vehicle stalled shortly after final pickup. Despite being told the truck was inspected, I found multiple issues myself. While a few staff members were courteous, the overall quality of the work and attention to detail were unacceptable.
