In addition to being a leading dealership serving drivers in Ellwood City, Hermitage, Slippery Rock, Grove City, Pittsburgh, Preston Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is a big part of the community. Robert L. Preston and his wife Joanne Preston worked tirelessly to help raise $3.7 million to construct the Preston Chambers YMCA Y Zone. Today residents both young and old rely on this premier facility for recreation, entertainment, and exercise.

Recall work was not completed. When I made appointment I was told all parts were there. Picked up Jeep to find nothing done because parts had to be ordered. I read it on my paperwork and went back in to ask questions. I wasted my time finding an alternative way to get to work since Preston had my vehicle to fix, and wasted my time on the appointment since nothing was fixed. Horrible!!! More

Service department and scheduling departments need to communicate better. You can’t have those scheduling say they have parts to fix an issue when they don’t.
