They located us one that had the options we wanted and had it the next day! We really couldn't be happier with the service that was provided to us and the friendliness of the entire staff we dealt with... from the sales rep Tom, to the finance rep Tammy, to the Sales Manager Steve and everyone in between! They called to confirm our appointment to test drive the car, confirm they were able to get the vehicle we wanted, worked out a better financing option for us... everything was just wonderful!! We want to thank everyone at the dealership for making the deal so easy for us, a relationship that we will certainly remember when buying our next vehicle and an experience that we are passing on to our family, friends and coworkers! I had no credit going in to see if I could EVEN get a used vehicle. What I went in looking for (Price wise) didn't matter after all. The vehicle was not what I left with. Some vehicles could not be financed. Those were the ones I looked at price wise to begin with. Mason and his staff were able to finance me with a better vehicle that could be warranted, satisfied insurance and credit to make the deal. The distance was a little out of the way, but, was worth it. I am so happy with "MY" 2004 Ford Escape. Never even considered a Ford, until now. Reminds me of the days when my dad went looking for a vehicle, went you went to a dealership the whole theory was "NOT" to leave without a vehicle, and Preston Motors will do what they can to make your trip in there a satisfying one. What can I say? It was the greatest car buying experience of my life. The hospitality I received while waiting for my car was tremendous. Bobby Preston spent over an hour with me and gave me a personal tour of their grand dealership. Bobby is a very humble gentleman with a warm demeanor. The automobile I bought was a 2010 Highlander, and it was the best deal that I was offered in the entire region. Likewise, they pulled off the impossible; they got me the best rate available due to the financial wizardry of their finance managers. They beat my credit union and Capital One by a mile and gave me a payment that I could only dream of. Preston Toyota also gave me a good trade-in value on my car – even matching the amount that I received from a dealer that specializes in the sale of my previous automobile’s make and model. I would continue my narrative but reliving my experience with Preston Toyota has put me at a loss of words. I can’t wait to take my car in for scheduled maintenance – despite the 78 mile roundtrip -- it’s the nicest service waiting area I’ve ever seen, and I’ve driven Infinitis and Saabs. Their waiting area looked like a lobby of a premier Las Vegas hotel. Lastly, I would like to add that Baierl Toyota is only five minutes from my house but after an unprofessional experience with Baierl in the past, I would rather drive 2 hours round-trip. We were very pleased with our whole experience. Jason was kind, considerate and very knowledgeable about what we wanted and how to make it happen. His presentation was excellent and he took time to go over the many handling features of the car and make sure we felt we had a grasp on them before we left. Brian & Steve are very friendly, went out of thier way to get us the car that we were looking for. Had to be a 6 cyl. and in gray with the equipment that my wife wanted. We would recommend Preston Toyota, Steve and Brian to all our friends or anyone wanted to buy a new Toyota. This wa our second time dealing with Prestons. The first was with thier body shop that lent us a Camry that lead us to buying a new 2011 Camary. Before going to Preston we researched thier inventory, researched the dealership and also went on Toyota web site and built the car we wanted. Overall we are very pleased with Preston Toyota, the salesmen we dealt with and also the finance people. Steve and Brian showed us several different models of the Camry and went over all the options before we made our final choice. When they dilivered the car they went over all the options again explaining them all to us and said if we have any questions they would be happy to help us out. The Camry we bought is an SE with Sports leather package, SE extra value package #1 and #2. Again we will recommend our Family and friends to shop Preston Toyota. More
I went into the dealership looking for an inexpensive used car. Mason found me a much newer and much nicer car than I ever expected to be able to buy!
