When my wife and I were looking to purchase a new vehicle we had three vehicles in mind. Out of the three the Toyota Sienna was at the top. The reason for me driving about an hour away from my house was beca we had three vehicles in mind. Out of the three the Toyota Sienna was at the top. The reason for me driving about an hour away from my house was because of Mr. Kustra. He always got back to me through emails. He answered all of my questions that I asked. I feel he was upfront with me on our vehicle that we later purchased from him but over all the experience of purchasing from the dealer was GREAT. Not only was Mr. Kustra knowledgeable about our vehicle but he takes pride in his work and really sees to it that your experience at Preston motors is a good experience. Buying our car was as easy as pointing and saying i want that one. they handled all the hard work and all I had to do was show up and drive it home. Mr.Kustra also worked with me on pricing and how to better purchase my vehicle. I left there feeling very satisfied and my experience with Mr. Kustra and the staff at preston was super. Becasuse of my experience there Ill come back and drive the hour to buy my next vehicle from them when its time. I can't say enough good things about Mr. Kustra and the staff who work there. They really go out of there way to see to it that purchasing a vehicle is quick and easy and they really do work with you. If I had any advise on someone who is looking to purchase from there just go in and tell them what you want. They'll work with you and help you get to where you need to be. It was my pleasure writing this review because of my experience here. I was never treated so well when looking to buy a vehicle as i was when I stopped in at preston and met Mr. Kustra for the first time. I scheduled an appointment with Daniel Torsello. When I arrived, he handed me off to Frank. Frank was very nice and I did enjoy him. I still don't feel like finance officer tried to get me a lower finance rate. He started with me at 11% and then it went down to 10.99 and I was never told who it was financed with. I got that info from my insurance man the following day. If I was able to finance 18, 700 or so-why was I not able to get the Ford Escape that I wanted in the first place? I filled out the application in advance, I tried talking to online agent, etc. I really enjoyed Frank-I guess that was the most positive thing about my visit. More

My very first experience of buying a brand new car was a very pleasant,exciting experience for me which included the personnel working at Preston Toyota. Danny Torsello, sales person, was very friendly, knowledgable, easy to deal with, professional and went above and beyond to make us comfortable and relaxed while going through the process and paperwork of buying a new car. Bobby Preston was very friendly and professional and wanting to make sure that we (my husband and I) were satisfied with all angles of buying a car. He made his appearance known to us throughout the entire process and this speaks for itself. Presence is a powerful thing! This also goes for Danny, who was with us most of our visit. Whenvever he would get calls on his cell phone, he would ignore them and only focus on us. In a world of continous cell phone usage and distactions, Danny put us first and put all of his efforts to us. This was greatly appreciated and shows that Danny is dedicated to his work and that his current customer is priority! I don't recall Danny's brother's name (sorry) who detailed our car while we were waiting. He was also extremely friendly. He talked to us whle we were distracting him while he was doing his job. He also puts the customer first and wants to make the car buying experience pleasant for the customer. Danny also mentioned to Ed Harris, financial service manaager, how interested my husband was in an extended warranty due to extensive milage with my job. Ed was very friendly and informative. We ended up purchasing an extended warranty for 120,000 miles/6 years which was one of my husband's main concerns in purchasing a new car. I am already enjoying my Toyato Yaris and will for several years. The price was what we were looking for, and I am extremely satisfied with my new car and the service received at Preston Toyota. A 5/5 rating was an easy rating to obtain throughout our entire experience at Preston Toyota. We even drove one hour from Pittsburgh which has numerous upon numerous car dealers around the area to buy our car from Preston Toyota. I can not say enough good about the service we received. Thank you to Danny Torsello, Bobby Preston, Ed Harris, and I can't leave out Bobby's brother. More
