Preston and his wife Joanne Preston worked tirelessly to help raise $3.7 million to construct the Preston Chambers YMCA Y Zone. All of the staff at Preston Motors were welcoming, friendly, and helpful during my car buying experience. Since this my first experience buying a car on my own, I was both excited and nervous about th friendly, and helpful during my car buying experience. Since this my first experience buying a car on my own, I was both excited and nervous about the experience. But Brandon Ferrari and Bobby Preston, the two staff members I worked with primarily, were very knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to work with my family and me to find the best possible way of making sure I would be able to drive my new (but used) car off of their lot. I have already recommended this dealership to friends who will be looking to by a car in the near future. I am extremely happy with my 2010 Nissan Rogue and I am very happy with the experience I had with Preston Motors. Thank you very much for all of your help and I look forward to working with you again in the future! More

When my wife and I were looking to purchase a new vehicle we had three vehicles in mind. Out of the three the Toyota Sienna was at the top. The reason for me driving about an hour away from my house was beca we had three vehicles in mind. Out of the three the Toyota Sienna was at the top. The reason for me driving about an hour away from my house was because of Mr. Kustra. He always got back to me through emails. He answered all of my questions that I asked. I feel he was upfront with me on our vehicle that we later purchased from him but over all the experience of purchasing from the dealer was GREAT. Not only was Mr. Kustra knowledgeable about our vehicle but he takes pride in his work and really sees to it that your experience at Preston motors is a good experience. Buying our car was as easy as pointing and saying i want that one. they handled all the hard work and all I had to do was show up and drive it home. Mr.Kustra also worked with me on pricing and how to better purchase my vehicle. I left there feeling very satisfied and my experience with Mr. Kustra and the staff at preston was super. Becasuse of my experience there Ill come back and drive the hour to buy my next vehicle from them when its time. I can't say enough good things about Mr. Kustra and the staff who work there. They really go out of there way to see to it that purchasing a vehicle is quick and easy and they really do work with you. If I had any advise on someone who is looking to purchase from there just go in and tell them what you want. They'll work with you and help you get to where you need to be. It was my pleasure writing this review because of my experience here. I was never treated so well when looking to buy a vehicle as i was when I stopped in at preston and met Mr. Kustra for the first time. I scheduled an appointment with Daniel Torsello. When I arrived, he handed me off to Frank. Frank was very nice and I did enjoy him. I still don't feel like finance officer tried to get me a lower financ arrived, he handed me off to Frank. Frank was very nice and I did enjoy him. I still don't feel like finance officer tried to get me a lower finance rate. He started with me at 11% and then it went down to 10.99 and I was never told who it was financed with. I got that info from my insurance man the following day. If I was able to finance 18, 700 or so-why was I not able to get the Ford Escape that I wanted in the first place? I filled out the application in advance, I tried talking to online agent, etc. I really enjoyed Frank-I guess that was the most positive thing about my visit. More

They were extremely knowledgeable, patient, and HONEST! I especially appreciated their competent, but low-key approach, with never a hint of even the slightest condescending attitude. Being quite a reflective and deliberating personality, I both needed and received, sufficient time and accomodation to consider all possible options and scenarios. I also enjoyed the great energy and enthusiasm that exemplified DAN TORSELLO'S sales persona. I am a totally satisfied customer with no regrets! The transaction was "painless"! I LOVE MY CAR!!! More

I was extreamly satisfied with the working with Walt Kustra and Rob Preston, to find a deal that worked for all parties. I would have appreciated the finance department working with me to pay off the original loan and recording the lien on the new loan. More

I have had the opportunity to work with Preston Motors in the past, and I have to say they were exceptional in making my husband and I very comfortable and at ease when we purchased our recent Saab SUV.
