After visiting several other dealerships that were closer to where we lived, we still decided to go back to Preston because of their eagerness, persistence, support, and service. We left there not only excited about our new car purchase, but knowing that we made the right decision about where we purchased the car. From the initial visit, to the the follow up after we bought the car, the sales rep tried so hard to make our experience such a positive one and he succeeded. Every sales rep and service employee there answered all of our questions, you can tell that the entire dealership works as a team and their main goal is to make their customers happy. We will definitely refer friends and family to them and will buy another car from them in the future! More
I traveled about 40 miles to view a particular truck that I could not find anywhere in the Pittsburgh area. My initial thoughts were that I wouldn't be able to purchase the vehicle because it was equipped with many premium features putting the price much higher than the model I had researched. Following the test drive I told Walt as much but he and Bobby really worked with me to address that issue. They gave me a great deal on my trade in (about $600 more than others were offering) along with a rate and payment that made the purchase easier. So I actually got a better version of the truck than I thought I could afford. I have purchased 9 vehicles in my 38 years of driving and I will say this was by far the easiest and most enjoyable experience of all of them. More

This was by FAR the easiest new car purchase my wife and I have ever made. I did a vehicle search on GMC.com The vehicle we were interested in was at Preston Motors. I called in and let Danny know what vehicle we were interested in and I gave Steve the specs on our trade in. They both came back quickly with figures that we thought were quite fair. There was no low-ball offer made on our trade in and and no haggling which we greatly appreciated. They came with there best offer FIRST and it was a done deal. We had our 20 month old daughter with us and Preston had a great play area to keep her occupied while the paperwork was completed...and we all know how lengthy that can be :) The staff was attentive and very friendly. I was just a little disappointed in the fact that my vehicle did not even get a blue book trade in value. And I thought everything was taken care of over the internet in regards to what my payoff was ap vehicle did not even get a blue book trade in value. I checked a couple of times with our sales person before even coming in, to make sure my payments would be where I wanted and I was assured they would be. This did not happen. I checked to make sure financing would be ok, and this was not very accurate. Overall the people were very nice, but it was a very long night. I like the vehicle, but didn't have many choices if I wanted to stay in the $400.00 range. I knew I would be upside down on my trade, but not anything like I was. And I never thought I would have to come up with $800.00 to sign a deal. More
My wife and I have now purchased 5 Toyotas over the past 20 years - 4 Corollas and this time a Camry. Only the last two were purchased as new models. There was one obstacle regarding the recent purchase, it meant having to trade in our 2007 Corolla which we enjoyed very much. It was hard to give it up. However, back in May I rented a Camry for two weeks for transporting students that were participating in a travels course in San Antonio, TX, and I came to appreciate it's size and performance. Thus, knowing firsthand what the car was like, our current situation in life and future needs (I will be retiring soon), the trade-in value of our Corolla, and that my wife also enjoyed driving the Camry, we decided that this was the time to go for it. Zero percent financing and the add-car reduction in cost of this particular car were also factors. Also we like the servicing experience we have had with the New Castle dealership. More
