In addition to being a leading dealership serving drivers in Ellwood City, Hermitage, Slippery Rock, Grove City, Pittsburgh, Preston Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is a big part of the community. Robert L. Preston and his wife Joanne Preston worked tirelessly to help raise $3.7 million to construct the Preston Chambers YMCA Y Zone. Today residents both young and old rely on this premier facility for recreation, entertainment, and exercise.

I spoke to Mr. Torsello by phone and made a clear, concise plan to buy a 2012 Corolla. I told him what I wanted for my car and what I would pay for the Corolla. Period. He said, "You have gone t concise plan to buy a 2012 Corolla. I told him what I wanted for my car and what I would pay for the Corolla. Period. He said, "You have gone to the wrong dealership." I can make that deal." I made sure he could make that deal BEFORE traveling to New Castle from Austintown, wasting my time and gas. When I got there, he had a 2013 Corolla waiting for me. I told him I was interested in a 2012. He said, "No problem, I will sell you this 2013 for the same price." He took me for a test drive and the car was a bit big but it suited my taste. He told me to fill out a credit application and came back and told me that since my credit score was a little low, that he could buy my car for the price we talked about but he kept saying that he didn't know that I owed so much on my car. My car is a 2011, and what does that have to do with anything??? He came up with double the car payment that I am paying now, insulted my car although all of your Hyundais are made in Korea also and kept blabbing about my credit score and that he didn't know how much I owed on my car. I kept repeating the "deal" that he said that he could make over the phone and he just kept repeating. Finally, I told him he made me come all the way there for nothing and told him that he is a liar. He stood up to shake my hand and I refused. I do not shake hands with an out and out liar like him. Like your infomercials say, "we don't judge your past, we just want to finance your future." More

Needed a car to assist my ailing parents so I knew exactly what was needed to meet their needs. Mr. Ferrari found exactly what I wanted, made sure I knew what other options were available on the lot, exactly what was needed to meet their needs. Mr. Ferrari found exactly what I wanted, made sure I knew what other options were available on the lot, and got everything in place to finish the deal. We were one of those "tricky" costumers due to credit issues, but they not only got the deal done, but did it at a better rate and terms more acceptable than the Road Loans approval that we originally had. The dealership was immaculate, all the personnel there were very friendly making sure that we were being helped.
