I drove over 50 miles because of a car I saw on their Internet Site.....JUST TO LOOK!!!!! The very first time I ever drove a RAV 4, though I liked it, I had NO intention of buying the FIRST car I looked Internet Site.....JUST TO LOOK!!!!! I would NEVER reccomend this dealership to ANYONE! Grant had reassured me that he and his sales manager were both looking for a vehicle to fit into my price range (10K) after he send me a bogus list of cars had reassured me that he and his sales manager were both looking for a vehicle to fit into my price range (10K) after he send me a bogus list of cars that was atleast 4K higher than the price I was looking to spend and I think he did it just to get me into the door. After speaking with him and telling him what I was looking for and what my price range was he told me he would check his 8 dealerships and extensive inventory for a "perfect" fit for me. All BOGUS! After I called him at the end of business he told me he was still looking. Preston Mazda in Boardman found me 2 within my price range which were sitting right on the lot in a matter of a few minutes. Nice job Grant, you win the slimy predatory used car salesman of the year! Bravo!! =) More

It was great to not be sitting there wondering what the heck was going on. Also, the woman we dealt with signing the final paperwork was extremely friendly & personable as well. Even after we kept them there nearly 1-1/2 hrs after closing! Great friendly place. Just a shame it is an hour drive for us to get there!! More
