We shopped around and could not find another dealer close at hand to match the price. They were efficient in terms of finding the car off lot and installing a remote starter. While a small item, when the deal was complete we requested a pinstripe, which they cheerily added at no cost. While a small ticket item, many dealerships tend to charge for everything. I'm not sure how they accomplished this, but we had the sense that the dealership holds high standards and employees support each other. We were told by a local (we are an hour, twenty away), "Everybody here buys from Preston. They move cars. They're great." And we would agree!! More

I got in touch with John setzer thru their online chat service about a used vehicle and possibly trading my current car towards it.. From the beginning he was very upfront and forthcoming. Even though I sensed he wanted to make a sale ( after all, job of a salesman) I never once felt pressured. Some used car dealers just want you in an out. Not John. He took the time needed with me before, during, and after the test drive. I had a trade and John really did fight to get me that extra dollar. We ended up making the deal and in my opinion they let me steal this car!!! Not only giving me several hundred more for the trade, but the total was a hundred less than the agreed price and after all that I also got a half tank of jeeping gas and free car washes for my life with the vehicle! I was also very impressed when he called the next day to thank me and assure any future problems with the vehicle, warranty or not, i should call him directly. To me that shows someone willing to take responsibility for thier products. I couldn't be more happy with the service I received! John is an upstanding individual with both personal and professional courtesy that should be the standard in his line of work.
